How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier, usually ranging from 7-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on kendamas that have been played with or have visible string wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.

How do I care for my kendama to make it last?
To maintain your kendama's quality, avoid playing on concrete or abrasive surfaces. We recommend glueing the tip of the spike with a small amount of superglue to prevent blunting and keeping the wood away from extreme humidity.
